Manny was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, and later moved to the United States. He graduated from Medina Senior High School and earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.

With over five years of experience as a loan officer, Manny has built his career around helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership and real estate goals. He currently serves as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer with Green Lending, supporting clients throughout Cleveland, Ohio, and the surrounding communities.

Manny is known for delivering strong client service, competitive rates, and efficient closings. His practical understanding of lending guidelines, including situations where other lenders or banks fall short, has helped many clients and real estate professionals close successfully. This track record earned him the nickname Manny Mortgage. He brings experience across a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and DSCR investor financing, along with access to specialized lending solutions designed to meet unique financial needs.

His approach is centered on clear communication and personalized guidance. Manny works closely with clients throughout the mortgage process, explaining options in plain language and providing consistent support from application through closing. Outside of work, Manny is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, giving back to the community, and getting out on the golf course when time allows.
