Manny was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, before moving permanently to the United States at the age of 17. After graduating from Medina Senior High School, he went on to earn both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.

With nearly a decade of experience as a Loan Officer, Manny has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership and real estate goals. Today, he serves as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer with Green Lending, proudly supporting clients throughout Cleveland, Ohio, and the surrounding communities.

Manny is known for delivering five-star service, competitive rates, and fast, efficient closings. His creativity and deep understanding of lending guidelines, even in situations where other mortgage lenders or banks misinterpreted them, has helped countless clients and agents close successfully and earned him the nickname “Manny Mortgage.” He brings extensive expertise in all types of home financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialized DSCR investor programs.
