The credit score you need depends on your goals. While the bank’s minimum requirement is 620, we offer programs that allow scores as low as 500 with a 10 percent down payment. Conventional loans typically start at 620 and FHA at 580. Investor programs like DSCR also require at least a 620 credit score, with flexibility based on the overall strength of the loan.
Yes. With complete required documents, most borrowers receive a same-day pre-approval, which strengthens your offer and speeds up the homebuying process.
Typical closing timelines range from 21 - 45 days for standard loans like Conventional and FHA. Certain investor programs, including DSCR and asset-based loans, may close faster depending on the appraisal schedule. Regardless of the program, our goal is to ensure we never miss your contracted closing date.
